Strengthen Immune System

A diet rich in variety of beautiful whole foods from all over the food-pyramid.

Eliminating red-meat and dairy is a good step if it's a step you're wanting to take. This will help clear up the Digestive System, wich is important to allow the body more energy for fighting infection

On top of eating a lot of salads, fruits and vegetables and a variety of Grains, Beans, fish, etc...

You can also take Natural Herbs such as Echicenacea, High-Potency Garlic capsules, Grape-seed extract and Ashwaganda to really help boost the bodies Immunity

Garlic is one of the absolute most effective, safe, cost-friendly, Natural Anti-Biotics in the entire world.

Raw, Unpasturized Apple Cider Viniger is also amazing, but tastes and smells overwhelming. 2 tablespoons before a meal

One Teaspoon of Baking Soda in 16oz of water as soon as you wake up, and 2 hours after dinner before bed alkalizes and oxygenates the body, wich is very very healthy

What is a Humans Natural Diet?

Scientifically speaking, Humans share more than 95% of the same DNA with Orangutans. And a lot of our body is designed specifically to Recognize, Gather, Eat & Digest Fruits and Vegetation. However, science also shows evidence that we are neither Herbivores nor Carnivores, but that humans are possibly more on the side of Omnivores than the latter two.

Our Physiology clearly shows very strong evidence that we were naturally intended and made to be attracted to Colorful, Vibrant Fruits & Vegetables. And run primarily on fruit, with no absolute need for anything else. Despite Protein, Vitamin b12 and other things not abundant in fruits.

But at the same time, our gut produces enough acid and has the enzymes to break down Meat and things of the like.

Historically, Humans have been consuming meat for over 2million years.

Our teeth, colon, hands, eyesight, intestines, and so on are in fact OPTIMIZED for Fruit & Vegetables.
HOWEVER, our physiology is ALSO very well capable of efficiently digesting and assimilating Animal Protein.

Now, of course, this is General information for most Humans with efficient Digestive & Immune Systems.
For people with Compromised Immunity. Issues such as IBS, Cancer, Diabetes, Etc, I believe it is obviously best to minimize dietary intake to what our bodies have been optimized to use since the true dawn of our ancestory. The Diet of Orangutans.

There are many people who have lived on Fruit for Decades and even cured their body of extreme illness entirely.

We can find these testimonials online

But for those people who are seeking all around balanced Well-Being, i think eating Animal Meat is obviously fine. Of course, it's always important to eat more Fruits and Vegetables than Animal Protein for many reasons no matter what diet anyone is on.

So i had an interview today at a Commercial Gym here in my city today. Showed up in my casual clothing, a band shirt, sweats and my kung-fu shoes wich i also use for deadlifting. And when the manager approached me, he looked a little upset or offended as he checked me out from head to toe and says "Is that how you dress for an Interview?" I replied: "Its my casual wear" he replied: "come back tomorrow at 1, ill give you another chance".

So im interviewing to be a Personal Trainer. What on earth could he be expecting his Personal Trainers to wear to an interview, if workout clothes arent acceptable in his prospective?

Im going back, in new clothes fresh from the store, although they make me look more skater-ish, they are very nice, much more professional than my sweats and band shirt. And i like them, could possibly wear them to a club, possibly, maybe. But they have got to work, or else im just gonna say fuck trying to fit in, i can build my entire business on my own and outsell your gym anyway.

It does bug me just a little tad, a Gym judges their Personal Trainers primarily by Attire, rather than Training Knowledge & Experience.

But at the end if the day, if they want pretty trainers with average knowledge, thats actually kinda what i should expect from an average gym that actually looks very beautiful as well.

Not my gym anyway, if i dont like their rules then fuck me and my opinion, i wouldnt belong there at all.

Genetics

Some people rely soley on whatever programs are trending at the moment. Some follow their favorite bodybuilder or fitness guru assuming if they follow that persons routine, they will turn out to look like them

The truth is, we all stem from different paths of Genetic Potential. You can either deny or accept it.

The truth is, what works for one man may not work for another.

However, we are all unique and should work with our strong points as well as keeping our weak points in balance. One can either embrace the ambiguity or be restricted by their lack of will power and ambition

Some people absolutely must do extraordinary amounts of frequency and volume while another would simply break down on anything more than 3 days per week 40 sets total, etc.

I prefer to do high frequency, moderate to high volume of a variety of different excersize ranging from Powerlifting range strength training to Cardiovascular and/or Muscular Endurance excersize

Some people do very well with certain foods, while one mans treasure is another mans disaster.

So it really is all up to your own experience. You can either choose to be another rat behind the pack or be a wolf among the sheep and find what works beat for you.

A lot of people fail to realize, there are people out there bench pressing 400lbs, deadlifting 600, and squatting 700. People who weigh only 150-180lbs.

Powerlifting is a different type of muscle. Its Neurological Strength, and doesnt always rely so much on muscle mass, as it does a well-trained Central Nervous System.
The truth is, our bodies are made to adapt to pretty much anything.

Bodybuilding is an entirely different sport than Powerlifting or Olympic Weightlifting.

 Bigger doesnt always mean stronger,
But in a lot of cases, such as breaking a pleateu, increasing mass in certain areas are required.

Good examples are Frank Yang in his early days, where he has videos showing him hitting up amazing lifts as well as pulling off some mind blowing distance and broad jumps.

Omar Isuf is another badass example of pound for pound power.

Grateful

In early 2012, i had a badass band. I had a really sweet and faithful girlfriend. I had all the beat friends i could ask for. I had tons of girls crawling on my nuts. And way more people loved me then hated me.

But... Over time i took all that for granted. One by one. It started with my band mates. One by one they just began pissing me off. I never noticed how stressful they were before. Maybe it was my ego creeping up on me. Who knows. I did think i was better than everyone else. Nonetheless, i made the desicion to kick out 3 members of our band. We replaced them and began playing shows again. But again, i was getting tired of them being late for practice. I hated it. They were scared to answer my calls because id always yell and pressure them. As my band was deteriorating, so were my friendships. I was so stressed at the time, i couldnt even kick back with a group of friends without getting a headache and feeling overwhelmed. I remember one day, my band was having a show and my best friend at that time couldnt make it. So i told her shes on meth if she thinks she deserves to be my beat friend. At that moment, i wasnt expressing my grattitude what so ever. She was an amazing friend, some say i was in love with her. But i just took her for granted. We hadnt talked since. And i didnt stop there. Oh no. I wasnt done destroying the abundance i had built around me. Pushed away the rest of my best friends because i just wasnt aware of how much i had to be grateful for. Thinking i was too good for everyone else, thinking i was famous. That they should be the ones grateful of me instead.
So as the year went on, my band faded away, my beat friends had come and gone. And i was in a tug of war with fucking a few different girls in a couple weeks, and being in love with the one girlfriend i was on and off with that whole year. I began having panic attacks in late march/april of 2012 after i tried smoking weed for a month. I guess the rush of adreniline, the endorphins and being completely new and non-knowing of weed, mixed with the heavy and whack attempts at inhaling the smoke kind of set me up for that.

So i delt with anxiety from that point on. Only at the time, i had absolutely no idea what was going on with me. Paranoid. Looking for the answers i found a shit ton of symptoms ongoogle and illnesses i thought i had. Over time i had self developed a ton of crazy symptoms, all from my own paranoia.

Fastforward a year later. Its april of 2013. My therapist at that time had convinced me to persue a real career. I started my career in fitness. Once again pre occupied by finding the cure to my problems, i had declared it was my thought patterns.

All through 2013 i searched for fullfillment in my life. Mainly reading books for information. And thinking. Contimplating things i could do.

That entire year, i did have a handful of great moments. I had fucked a good amount of girls, i even had a cute little band going on in two parts of that year. But they brought little to no fullfillment what so ever. As a matter a fact, i dont remember being very present, even during a lot of the best times that year. I can hardly remember a lot of it very vividly. I had always had an itch to move forward. I was anxious to get the most out of everything i did, yet i got very little satisfaction out of anything at all. And i hadnt acomplished a thing.

I tried so fucking hard
constantly, but nothing i did made me feel the kind of happiness i felt from September 2011 -march 2012. Today i remember it felt effortless. Yet love was all around me. Everyone wanted to talk to me or hang with me. It took a lot to bother me, and life just felt euphoric. But why?

I remember having a band, a good foundation of good friends and even a girlfriend felt really good. I wasnt doing any of that for any reason other than it was just natural. And it made me feel good. But as the band progressed, my ego grew. And i felt like i had the right to feel better than everyone else. On one side of it, i saved myself a lot of bullshit. Feeling like i had better things to focus on than "idiots" but i also noticed i hit a peak were i just took everything for granted. My friends, my band, my co do... My transportation... Hell i even forgot the value in music.

So now its 2014. I am grateful to be smart enough to have acknowledged this. Im grateful for my car, my condo, my friends, my brand new career, my music, my health and all the awesome things i have picked up on through this journy of transformation

Got to be grateful for everything no matter what.

My personal weightloss secrets

Here are some simple tips and suggestions for cutting weight without counting calories.
-Plant Based diet
Cutting carbs such as rice, bread, pasta, etc, can already take down the amount of calories you are consuming per day. Switching to fruits and veggies especially leafy greens like spinach can increase fiber, decrease calories, cut down bloat and water weight, and help your body burn fat instead of glycogyn or "carb stores"
-Think quality over quantity
Eating higher quality foods, can help increase nutrient density in your food and help you eat less sense you're paying a little more you're actually valuing the benefits of healthy eating more. Example: The fat content in organic grass fed beef is primarily CLA & Omega 3 fatty acids, wich actually help you lose more fat, build more muscle and are not only good for your body, but great for your brain as well. And can also help balance your hormones and keep you in a better mood. Other high quality alternatives include... sprouted grain bread, organic milk, free range omega 3 eggs
-Drink more water!
Drinking atleast a gallon a day can help aid digestion, clean out toxins and remove water weight from your body. Preferably reverse osmosis or spring water from a trusted source
-Sweat more
When we dont drink enough water, or eat too much sodium, our body goes into "survival mode" and holds on to extra water in case of emergency, looking like extra fat, usually on the bottom part of our stomach. Sweating more, drinking more water and supplimenting with a multivitimin including elrctrolytes after sweating vigorously can help us stay hydrated and lose extra water weight
-Caffiene
Drinking high quality calorie free caffiene, such as that found in black or green coffee... Green, black or white tea, or natural herbs such as Garauna can help stimulate your metabolism and central nerve system, helping you go harder, faster, burn more energy and sweat more burning fat and losing extra water retention
-Herbal suppliments & amino acids
Adaptogyns such as Gensing, help our body ballence hormones and deal with stress. When our body is under stress it produces the hormone cortisol, wich temporarily stops Testosterone, and our feel good chemicals like serotonin in the body.
Supplimenting with L-Theanine, Passion flower, lemon balm, Gaba, Choline &/or Inisitol before bed helps stimulate Gaba & other calming chemicals in our brain to help ease us into sleep, and as long as were not working out with gaba, increases HGH and helps deminish cortisol from the body
-Long distace cardio

I love that i can update my blog from my mobile phone haha anyways...

New concepts to work with:
-If it matters what the good critics say, than it matters what the bad critics say.
-Expression, the greatest form of attraction

Friday, January 3, 2014

Two concepts to work with:

-Be congruent to what ever emotion im feeling at the current moment. Contributing to living in the present, releasing resistance and with the Law Of Attraction in mind, i think it will benefit tremindously.

-Take advice only from people clearly living it. How could i trust a homeless man lecturing me on wealth? Tyler RSD, Elliot Hulse, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc. Over new-age millionaires who made their fortune off writing books about how to be successgul. Not to belittle them, but did you use your own advice in any other feild to get rich?
