So today I began my first full dose of Oregano Oil. Using a standardized extract from Natures Answer.

Oregano Oil is said to be one of the most effective and primarily used Natural Antibiotics in Naturopathic Medicine.

So far, i've had 3 large bowl movements in the past 2 hours since I took my first full dose. Im also drinking a liver supporting herb tea primarily consisting of Milk Thistle, Dandilion Root, and about 8 tablespoons of Yerba Mate.
