 How to overcome anxiety: Allow yourself to be anxious. Dont fight it. Endure it. Go through the anxious situations in life without resistance to the feelings of anxiety. Those anxious feelings disapear the less you fight it.


This is the nature of the fight or flight response. You judge a situation as a "threat", this judgment creates feelings of "stress", you then attempt to fight the feelings of stress and resist the "threat" which creates a loop of anxiety.


Remove the perceived threat, and the anxiety goes away. Emphasis on percieved. Percieve the threatening situation in a less threatening way, and it releases some of the stress associated with it.


Remove the resistance to the feelings of "stress" by allowimg the stress to exist within yourself. Affirming "ahh, im feeling anxious. Thats interesting" then continue on with life regardless. If you do this honestly, it relieves some of the anxiety


This is exactly how I completely resolved my 2 year run-in with constant panic attacks and anxiety disorder.

Epiphany; My true path

The universe has presented me with circumstances all my life to teach me to follow my true path. I am not like other people. My whole life i have been given the signs that i am a teacher. i been out on this earth as a guide to help other people. universe has provided me the circumstances and all i need to provide teachings and guidance to the World who needs it

Vibrational alignment is always absolutely most important priority. Anytime you stray off from the path of source you find suffering misery and you fail to serve value to the World around you.

Always without fail, vibrational alignment unlocks your truest potential. It allows you to show the world truest value.

Success is an attitude. A state of feeling. A state of mind. A state of being

You may think you are being productive and doing good things navigating the world through logic and effort to figure things out

However it is through feeling that your truest highest potential can come out

Through feeling good you can serve the world

Manogomy is a man-made concept. Personally I dont see any objective reason for it at all. Most people have a very delusional idea of what "love" is. Its absolutely insane to me how people somehow think Marriage or Commitment somehow defines how much they love or care for a person.

What i've personally observed is, cheating is the result of not living in alignment with your values.

I honestly believe most people get in relationships for comfort and stimulation. To compensate for a lack of fulfillment in their life. They seek fulfillment in other people, to make up for their lack of life purpose.

The sad thing is, casual sex is shamed in our society and everyone is persuded into relationships because society potrays it as just the "normal" thing to do.

So women are afraid of being called a slut for expressing their sexuality. And most men in our society are straight up pathetic. They are so afraid to express themselves authentically and assume they have to talk a special way to women, and this, women sense their ungenuine vibe and reject them. Then the guys blame it on the "assholes" or make some crazy excuses like "oh girls only like assholes. Blah blah. Girls dont like dem dere nice guys".

Its the saddest thing in the world. Men dont know how to talk to women and lack an abundance of options. So they just take what ever women they can put a ring on. As opposed to actually dating many different women and actually getting to the point where you seriously know what you want in a partner.

But most people do not align their life with their values. They dont align their relationships with their values, and so their relationships are built on fragile foundations. So any chance these people get to cheat, they dont value their partner enough to say no.

Furthermore, most people have absolutely no clue what values even are.

I believe Men are hardwired to spread his seed, literally and metaphorically.

Women, I dont know. Ive had sex with tons of females who had boyfriends. They called their boyfriends faggits, as if the girls didnt even know why they were in the relationship to begin with.

Its like they're just in a relationship because they have nothing else in life to stimulate or entertain them.

Iodine Defeciency, Hypothyroid & How to Reverse it

Studies show that 85% of Americans are defecient in iodine. Wich causes low thyroid function. And doctors wont say anything unless your thryoid is extremely low. Unfortunately, even small drops in thyroid function can cause weight gain, hormonal imbalance and mood disorder. Sufficient Iodine is not found in common foods. To get enough idodine to correct thyroid imbalance, we must consume Sea Weeds, especially Dulse and Kelp. Wich also contain many health benefits and has also been shown to contain cancer killing and immune boosting properties.
It's interesting to me, because the only common food that really supplies us with any significant amount of Iodine are certain types of Fish. And most people dont eat enough for it to make much of a difference.

I've seen claims that milk proucts contain iodine, but I strongly doubt it, considering most nutrition is lost in the pasturization proccess.

Eggs also supply a bit of iodine, but most people dont eat their eggs raw like I do, so they probably dont get as much of the Iodine eggs contain.


Kelp Flakes contain about 900% of the RDA of iodine per Tea Spoon. While on the other hand, Dulse contains around 600%.

I personally eat about one tea spoon of Kelp or Dulse, three times per day. I just add it to my food. Makes an excellent replacement for salt.

I would suggest eating a total of 1 teaspoon of kelp or dulse per day in flakes or powdered form. Or About 3 grams of kelp if taken in capsules.

Starting college this Semester. Have my own Car, my own Condo, a loving family and the best friends I can ask for. I'm living life from my heart and following my passion. I'm naturally gifted and on the path to use my gifts to my fullest capability, so I can enrich the lives of others, experience true fulfillment in my own life and plant my seed of success, greatness and excellence in the fertile soils deep within the world around me.

I'm going to be a Philosopher. A Psychologist. A leader of Holistic Health.

I'm going to speak in front of rooms of millions of people. I'm going to speak from my heart and i'm going to be one of THE most influential public speakers this world has ever seen.

This is my vision. This is my mind here and now. And I am overwhelmed with a burning feeling of heated desire and passion, overwhelmingly excited and driven to see what my future holds.

Iodine Importance and Deficency

It's been estimated that 75% of people here in America are Deficient in Iodine. Most of these people are extremely deficient and consume virtually NO iodine in their diet whatsoever. Most dont even know this and tests generally are not accurate at determining iodine levels whatsoever.

Iodine is extremely rare in almost everyones diet, and unless you are consuming a lot of fish every day, or even better a tea spoon of Kelp or taking Sea Weeds, or supplementing with Iodine alone, most people are NOT getting the iodine they need.
