Iodine Importance and Deficency

It's been estimated that 75% of people here in America are Deficient in Iodine. Most of these people are extremely deficient and consume virtually NO iodine in their diet whatsoever. Most dont even know this and tests generally are not accurate at determining iodine levels whatsoever.

Iodine is extremely rare in almost everyones diet, and unless you are consuming a lot of fish every day, or even better a tea spoon of Kelp or taking Sea Weeds, or supplementing with Iodine alone, most people are NOT getting the iodine they need.

It's unfortunate people struggle with Thyroid issues and of course Most Doctors have no clue how to cure it, so they prescribe extremely harmful Hormone Replacements or Radioactive compounds to try and regulate such a simple issue with such Extreme Consequences.

Our Thyroid is one of the Main Glands in the body controlling almost every other Bodily Function.

It can cause or cure almost everything from Obesity to Heart Disease to Liver Issues to Energy and Fatigue, and even mimic or cause severe allergies.

I reccomend consuming a teaspoon of Kelp Flakes every day for ideal levels of bioavailable iodine. Kelp can also be found in capsules. Kelp also contains a whole profile of bioavaialable minerals and wholefood nutrition including Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium and other essential nutrients.
