So today is, Thursday, December 19th. 2013.

Christmas is right around the corner, and im looking forward not only to all the badass things im going to do with the money im getting, but also spending time with my beautiful awesome family.

So i woke up this afternoon, off to an akward start, my hot water was fucked so my shower was rather off today, but i pulled through.

Hit the gym, did some ezploaive db swing & press. Did some db curls and aupersetted it with upright standing dumbell rows to really work the back, core and i feel as though it helps stretch and bring out my chest muscles as well.

Stopped by 99c store on my way home. They have some really good brands at my store, such as earthbound organic, etc. So i like to pick up my non gmo butters and jelly there.

Made a large salad, with lemon, some organic free range chicken, with about 4 oz cheese.

Delicious.

And currently i am at barnes and noble, filling my mind with inspiration, new ideas and positive information.
